i was also kind of surprised when it was from bruce allen and not david donovan to be honest. that said bruce allen has been very hands on with the fans since his has been here, and i think he has been doin a great job at it.

Basically "Please continue to buy tickets if you haven't already and don't get mad if you have to pay for games that are never played."
