Hmmm OK. I really wasn't talking about Gibbs, but since you bring it up I will. I don't have any doubts he will return the team to greatness. I just think that he's human like everyone else and needs some time to get back into the game. He saw what worked and what didn't last year and I think he's going to make the changes necessary to improve the offense for this year (offensive line pickups were a great start).
