Main thing to remember is get the most reputable place you can find.
I never thought I'd get any until the tragedy with my brother a few years ago and now I have two on the insides of my biceps. If you're wondering what they feel like, my first artist said, "This is going to feel exactly like a sunburn someone is touching." That couldn't have been a more accurate description. Funny, once you get your first one, you'll want a ton more.
