they'll keep 9 lbs, not 8. w/ special teams and all that's not enough. they'd probably also go w/ 3 rbs and a 4th/5th ont he practice squad unless hightower looks like a problem OR they'll just go with 5 WRs this year.

and i'd think royster would start. helu is faster, but he doesn't break a lot of tackles.
