I don't think anyone is giving Morgan a pass, but it also doesn't require overreaction on the coaches part. And it also depends on whether he "gets it". From what I've seen, it seems like he does.
One would think Trent Williams and Fred Davis "got it" before they were suspended. An example has to be made or do you wait for "it" to happen again? Morgan didn't retaliate on purpose but, not focusing on keeping his composure contributed to losing the game.

On the flip side of this; STL continued to taunt because they got away with it. Do you think Fisher had a talk with Finnegan, ahem, the whole team about keeping their composure after the game?
