First, the various types of injuries can be classified, and certainly are. 2nd, the data is extremely quantifiable, 32 teams, 10 years, x number of players IR'd per team, broken down per classification. Add in length of recovery, and throw out any pure anomalies, and those paid to do statistical analysis would give you books ad nauseaum. I have no clue if the Skins would fall outside of the statistical norm, but the smell test to me says that our team is no more or less prone then the rest of the NFL.
