I agree its on the GM, its not his job to over rule the GM on a coaching hire. However, he rehired Vinny, which for me leads to more questions. Whats really different here, except for personnel decisions. Is the game day experience better? The field? Customer Service? Are they run top to bottom like a first class organization?
