You can't have a gentleman's agreement to break the law......that's called conspiracy. I say file the suit. Name the NFLPA as a witness. Make the NFL sweat over what's going to come out, what will the Skins say about the "agreement". And will the Feds get involved if unwanted info gets out? Maybe then the other owners will concede and give back the CAP space so we can drop the suit. Besides the NFL agreed to the contracts when they should ha e denied them. |
