Tony Romo really is a good quarterback, but seriously I think it's time for the Cowboys to move in a different direction. Their mediocrity isn't all Romo's fault, but he's getting old and he's not going to improve.

At this point they're kinda stuck with him. No cap room and not a good enough draft pick to get a top guy this year. It's a weak QB class anyway.
