I have been wondering why the Redskins have not shown any interest in Kerry Rhodes.

Neild is the pass rushing NT; Chris Baker is the run stuffing NT. It sucks that both are good at the opposites weakness. If we combined them, you'd be looking at Chris Beild, the best NT in the NFL. But we can't so we're stuck with 2 average backups with one of them going to be cut and never heard about again.
