Todd McShay had him as a second round prospect without the mental issues.
I am pretty sure Mike Mayock graded had him as a third/fourth round prospect just based on film.
I think Kiper had him as a second round propsect, but now due to the mental issues he is at best a third round prospect.

I do not think a corner like him would have been taken in the first round, due to the fact that he is not tall enough or has the right skills to play on the outside, nor is he strong enough to play safety. So he really is limited to slot corner/free lance kind of player and those type of players don't go in the first round.
