I'm not saying this is definite or anything, but they could be Russian and Islamic radicals. The Blaze article you posted says "They traveled here together from the Russian region near Chechnya."

Ive read they're from Chechnya. Most of Chechnya is islamic, so they are foreign terrorist. The fact their russian is secondary to the fact they are islamic terrorist who came here to kill the innocent. Russia been fighting these rebels for like 20 years.

It hit me they were likely islamic 5 minutes after i typed that. A former intelligence guy i heard this morning said that if they are recent imigrants they very well may have superior training or backgrounds compared to the type of Arab Islamic terrorist we are more used to, due to their ongoing fighting with Russian. Although it sounds like they have lived in the US for awhile now so who knows.

yep. Read in Politico this morning they had just come over in the last couple years, then read on fox they had been here 7-8 years, now read on MSNBC they've been here over a decade. Who f*cking knows, the media gets an F on their bullsh*t reporting. Apparently journalism is either dead, or they've hired a bunch of jackass 20-somethings to do a job a twenty year vet should be doing.
