Re: Draft talk rounds 4-7

If he played every game this past year and checked out medically during final evaluations, it's a great pick.

It feels like this draft is moving extremely slow.

and, apparently, where guys will go. it seems like we always have a couple solid choices and rarely draft overly high.

I like the heights of both secondary picks... Big and athletic.

So Philip Thomas led the nation in interceptions last year and....

Amerson led the nation in interceptions the year before.

Hmmm.

A defense that can get the ball back to RG3 will be a good one. It's all about getting turnovers. Love what the FO is doing.

We have 2 starters now already in the secondary from this draft. Can't be mad at that

And a matchup nightmare at TE with Jordan Reed.

Shameless self-promotion. It is what it is.

All three picks are very athletic and smart. They all played multiple positions in high school and/or college.

Amerson - at corner and safety.
Reed - at qb, receiver, tight end.
Thomas - safety, corner, and qb.

It's crazy that Thomas and Reed both played at qb in high school. And Thomas and Amerson played both at corner and safety in high school.

Reed started his college career at qb, and saw snaps at receiver, before breaking out as a tight end. So with Reed and to a certain extent Thomas, we may have insurance with an emergency qb.

John Franklin to GB is going to confuse some fantasy football drafts

Re: Draft talk rounds 4-7

We're having a great draft so far. I have wanted the Skins to pick Phillip Thomas for months. There are still a lot of good players left who might be able to help us very early in their careers, if we get them. I'm lovin' it!
