I think that their predictions may be based on their perceptions of RGIII's injury status. They may believe that RGIII won't be able to go until later in the season. I also suspect that some of them think that he won't be the same player after his latest knee injuries. Possibly, they think that the Skins will be far more conservative in the way they use RGIII from now on and, because of that, they will be less effective on offense.
