Also I thought (but didn't put it down on paper or anything) that whenever a team is so heavily favored or picked by the media to win the world series (SI has us winning it all) that pressure gets to teams. So already right there, I was hesitant. Add in the worst loss in franchise history and that we got rid of a great player in Michael Morse and that was the 3 strikes for me to count them out.
