Well I guess if going down hill means having a 112 catch almost 1600 yard season, than he had a down season. I think he should be 5th. Definitely ahead of Dez and Thomas.

I will always have the picture of Reed Doughty trying to cover Andre glued in my mind.

And most certainly ahead of Brandon Marshall. Andre Johnson had a better statistical season, and he's a mentor also. Marshall was way too high.

Amazing how underrated Johnson still is after all this time.

Sounds like a joke.

Wish they would just leave it as is or cancel the actual game.

How about just announce the teams and not actually play the game. One it would still designate a outstanding season by a player and two it would not allow alternates to slip in. Basically the team would be set in stone and there would be no need to play out that IMO worthless game.

IDK how anyone goes or watches it anymore? It's been years for me. This new gimmick is a joke

As long as it makes a profit for the NFL, they are going to do what they can to keep it going. I agree though, the game is not worth watching. The offensive and defensive lines basically stand around and its a glorified 7 on 7 game. I think the last real hit in the Pro Bowl was Sean Taylor laying out that punter.

So let's say Sanders picks Von Miller and Rice takes Peyton Manning. If Miller gets a chance to nail Manning is he going to do it? Is Chad Greenway going to try and take down AP? Guys are not going to be hitting guys from their own teams. If there's no defense now, under this format we may see each team put up 60 points. Just put the Pro Bowl out of it's misery.

Great point. It's why the NFL should just give up. Or make the pro bowl mean something like .......nevermind I was going to say baseball but that doesn't work.

They didn't hit each other anyways! I still won't watch the game, but I'll watch the draft!
