^^ I am. Special teams used to be solid for us with Danny. It must be hard to work with the least talented guys on any team. Steelers special teams never stood out to me in the 2 games vs Ravens each year.

I guess I'll always root for Dsmith.

Solid? Our ST (blocking wise, not coverage wise) had been crappy for awhile. Blocking punts, blocking field goals...

Granted, a lot of that lies on the players stinking it up (i.e. low arching FG kicks) but some of it falls on coaching as well. You gotta teach your players to know and play better.

Guess I'm kinda siding with NC on this one.

Football's Most Valuable Teams - Forbes

Lions are the only team that lost money this year, more of a reflection of Detroit than anything else.

The two worst teams (in most people's eyes) are the least valuable franchises, Jags and Raiders.

Cowboys of course number 1, skins are number 3.

Irsay is on a roll. Guess he's trying to compete for douchebag of the week.

I thought this summed it up nicely.

Tyrann Mathieu's dominating. I figured he would be pretty good in the NFL. But like you said, it is the preseason.

EJ Manuel out for the rest of the preseason? That sucks for Buffalo; Manuel>Kolb anytime. Hopefully he can start Week 1.

I really enjoyed the fact that Dallas had 6 turnovers by all levels of their team

Seriously, what is wrong with Dallas? They're loaded with talent: Romo, Bryant, Murray, Witten, Ware, Lee, etc. Yet they just continue to suck. Not that it bothers me, of course.

Well they don't suck, they have been around 500 the last few years. They've been an average team.
