Just remember that goodell is trying to change the game for the future of football as well. It's not necessarily that he doesn't want just adults celebrating, it's that he doesn't want young kids watching football and idolizing these guys who are celebrating (or celebrating over the top) after a big play and having young kids in little league doing these taunts or celebrations. You want to teach kids while their young and not when they're older, because they'll still be in the habit of doing it. This is all being down for the future of football more so than the present of football.
