<P>Which all boils down to not having to change the scheme much when you need to stick the 3rd stringer in the game. </P>

<P>We know what we got in Grossman, a player who will move the ball between the 20's fairly well and then it's 50/50 in the red zone he throws an interception. I'm done with Grossman, burnt out by his supposed brilliance that turns to BS at any moment. Rather he not face the field for this team EVER again. </P>

<P>Grossman's best in two games was also against 2nd and 3rd stringers, so ... since we already know what we got in Grossman lets start PW next week. Let him start and play against 1st stringers using players that are 1st stringers so all of us can have a fair judgement and see how well he really does. </P>

<P>Obiously RG3 won't be playing. After last nights scare Cousins should not be playing so we have a decent starter game one if need be. Give PW the 1st quarter and give Grossman the 2nd. I still think PW is better based of mobility but if he throws another pick and the coach's know it was his fault then cut him and keep Grossman. If Grossman throws a pick and struggles but PW does not then that should shut up the nay sayers and Grossman should be cut. </P>
