I'm even glad the Jay Cutler trade never went down. I can't stand that guy or his interceptions.

In fact, the QB situations in Buffalo, New York, and Oakland is dire.

Those 3 probably going 1, 2, 3 in the draft next year. I fully expect Oakland to be the worst and expect them to get shut out multiple times this year.

Kolb, a tragic ending to the career that never got started.

In his defense, he didn't choose to draft himself nor did he choose to trade himself for a player and a pick. Teams screwed themselves over by buying in.

Very true...but did he work as hard as he could after those paydays (especially in Arizona) or dd he really stink that bad?

Kolb was a limited-experience QB that went to play behind one of the worst offensive lines in the past five years at Arizona. I think that combination made him pretty terrible at AZ.

By all accounts I have ever seen, Kolb was a competitive good character guy who tried hard to live up to his hype/billing. He was just not a guy who was going to elevate any body with his play. On decent team, he was going to be a decent QB. On a sucky team, he was going to be a sucky QB.
