It's all semantics.
The story has been the Andrews will clear him to be allowed to play. Shanny will then decide if he DOES play. My guess is that Schefty has word that Shanny is going to let him play. But first Andrews will have to formally clear him. |

This whole story is about to become a non issue on September 9th. We will all look back at our posts here and laugh when we see how well RGIII is moving around and throwing the ball. I just want to see how he does when he gets hit really hard. How quickly does he get back up and does it affect his play. THAT is the REAL TEST!

That is good news he is coming back. As really you are right about Morris Skinsfan69. He is great but so underrated. Hopefully Synder will give him a raise after his rookie deal is up.
