Re: Redskins vs. Bears pre-game/predictions
Well, here is my prediction: Redskins 28 Bears 16.
The offense will start off hot as they'll score a touchdown on the opening drive. It will be a classic well balanced attack from Gibb's playcalling. Portis will have a big day - he'll rush for 126 yards and a TD, and Betts will have 48 yards rushing and a TD. Patrick Ramsey will have a decent day - he'll go 18-22, 310 yards, one TD to Cooley in the back of the end zone, one INT. The INT will come at the end of the first half. The Bears will be held to 157 total yards of offense, while 10 of their 16 points will come late in the game during clean up time. The defense will score a TD. Sean Taylor will deflect the ball in to Carlos Rogers' hands and Rogers takes it to th' house to end the game. So the offense will score 21 points, but the defense will have their opportunity to score as well. My wiser prediction is 17-10, Redskins. LOL!!!!
