I am willing to bet that if DSnyder and JJ saw Mara's team over the line, even for a day without an extension prior to the deadline, they would be pumping all the owners up to get a penalty enforced. And I don't think Mara would be immune from 24 other owners, otherwise he has got to have one helluva picture collection, if you know what I mean .
