We could get our cap penalty rescinded if we sent Dennis Rodman as our emissary.
BTW several folks have spoken about wanting the Giants to lose because of capgate. That is fair enough. But we all know that the creator of the idea of the cap penalty was Jeffrey Lurie, owner of the Eagles, right? I hope that we wipe those birds out.
