Or what Elway did in Denver, pull together two coaches from pretty listless situations and suddenly that team is a contender (don't forget, Denver was winning before Peyton got there, it's just that now it's a powerhouse team).

The point is, human capital, in this case coaching talent, is NEVER a limited supply. This coaching staff/chemistry sucks from top to bottom. Mike has sucked for over a decade, and that's why Denver kicked him to the curb. Haslett has never achieved anything to write home about. Same with Kyle, when he left Houston they didn't skip a beat. We have losers leading this team, period. Aside from a brief 8 game stint where the stars perfectly aligned - rest of the NFC completely fell apart, new offensive scheme took defenses by surprise, etc. - this has not been a serious football team since Mike came to town.

Find the right coach, and this team could be a contender in a year or two. We see it happen over and over and over again around the league. It's our turn.
We have been trying to find the right coach/qb combo for over a decade. And now that we have one- you want to start over and try to find another one? This is barely year 2 of Shanahan and RGIII. Just be patient and let it play out. RGIII's still recovering from an injury and the offense is still trying to get back to last year's form. They look like they're taking baby steps to get there, but they are getting there. And when they do- you'll be backtracking a little bit.
