We needed a qb desperately so at the time I was very happy with getting RG3.Theres no way to know if Wilson would have played as well with us as he has in seattle,so many different factors involved.

If you knew Wilson would have played as well with us has he has for seattle then its a no brainer,you draft him and keep your draft picks that we desperately needed to overcome the cap penalty.

Add on top of that 2 knee surgeries for RG3 in 4 yrs and people are screaming "he needs to run more!!" I just do not see a healthy career in his future
I hate to say it but I think RG3 is gonna be one of those guys we look back at and say "what if"

I hate to say it too but I think you are right. They will use his pre-injury rookie season as the bench mark that he will never reach again. Hopefully we are wrong.
