Caught the ball, slipped, and slammed the ball down in frustration while losing possession ofrthe ball and the Bears recovered it. They said because he Rolled and didnt make an immediate action to get up he was giving himself up.

i dont get this rule, how is this different than RG3's fumble when he dove head first to give himself up and then the ground caused the fumble? its got to be one way or the other, to me the ball should have went to the Bears.
