It's not an isolated incident, it's been happening for over 3 yrs.

Average NFL HC tenure is approx. 3.25 yrs. There have been at least 17 coaching changes after MS was hired. This doesn't include any coaches hired in the same off-season as MS.
These are the players MS has brought in, if they're consistently not making plays then the HC's talent-evaluation skills should be called into question.
