WHY does everyone ignore or forget that he was NOT hurt on any designed runs last year?
If we don't use his legs, we would have been better off drafting Tannehill. We brought him in to run and win. The two cannot be separated, at least until he develops into a pure pocket passer. He can do it, but we'd be wasting his abilities and talent.
Besides, I don't think we could stop him from running if we wanted to. ROBERT is too competitive to sit back in the pocket and ignore opportunities to make plays for his team.

That might not have been a bad idea, drafting him and keeping those picks. But that's another story/thread. I agree...right now, he needs to have designed runs and worry about him trying to be Peyton during the offseason. This offense needs to run the ball simply because that's what we do best. If we get 60 plays I would like to see 40 of them runs. Bears do not have a good run defense.
