Yeah stuff that just makes you cringe to hear.

Reminds me of some really bad bosses I've had in the past.

Hear hear. There's no way the Glazers can go with Schiano after this season. I wouldn't be surprised if he is the first NFL coach canned midseason even. You can't be a hardass 24-7 and win. He should take some advice from Tom Coughlin, there's a time to be a hardass and there's a time when it isn't necessary.

good call on coughlin, he seems to be able to walk the line.

That isn't leadership.

And imagine what Schiano would do if instead of walking onto the wrong part of the practice field, the special teams coach walked on to the field and drew a 15 yard penalty. (Oh, wait....).
