Effing Lego neck. That bastard got an assist today from our shit offense. Sad to see luck and the colts keep the foot down on Lego neck while rg3 and the offense let him back in the game a week later

Re: Broncos vs Skins Post Game Thread

Considering how long the defense kept us in the game, a win was there. I didn't have any expectation coming into this game. I was ready to see our QB returning to form, and what we got was a regression.

I don't know if it is Kyle or Griffin going away from runs, but it seemed like he pushed to hard trying to out duel Manning. We had the lead our QB was getting killed and we don't try and ground and pound the Broncos.

The defense had us in the game getting the ball back 4 times in the second half and scored a TD in the process. So even though it was 45-21, our defense played well. Yeah they gave up some big plays but they also made a few of thier own which could have helped us win the game if the offense had any type of consistency in the second half.

Re: Broncos vs Skins Post Game Thread

I get so pumped when i watch the Skins dominant on the ground, controlling the line of scrimmage, the clock and basically physically pushing around the opposite team. It's nostalgic, reminds of the old skins. It's also mentally draining for the other team. Times have changed, but damn it our offense is dependent on running the ball. Why would Kyle stop all that gud shit?

I haven't been ready to jump on the "fire ____" bandwagon, but it's clear that Kyle needs to move on. If he doesn't leave on his own, and Mike won't fire him, it's time to move on from Mike as well. How in the hell can you fuck that offense up in the 2nd half when your RB was averaging 6.1 yards per carry while keeping Manning off the field. YOU HAD ONE JOB KYLE!!

I'd say it's one of the worst 2nd half game calling I've ever seen in my life. (very few boot legs, no runs from Robert, not sure I saw any RO in the 2nd half)

No, this game isn't all on Kyle because our WRs outside of Garcon are complete trash. How in the fuck did Morgan's agent persuade our FO to sign him to a 6 mil/yr contract. Robinson needs to go in the off-season. He's dropped way too many crucial passes that have cost us big time.

Also, why in the hell is Fred Davis on the inactive list. You mean to tell me that one of our best pass receivers isn't worthy of a game day slot? GTFO!!!!

I'm borderline on wanting to just flush this coaching staff and get in a hungry coach who's going to be willing to adapt and adjust to what he has instead of trying to fit square pegs in round holes.

@JsteelznSkins

Couple truths ,Kyle and RG3 have a lot of tension ,not so much Shanny himself, Davis is on the block. Still don't like 6 mill man, need a 2

^^ pretty much explains where the tension is now.

Yeah I hated that as well. Watching it live it looked like it might have been a rather tough one to make from the original angle. The replay from the endzone showed that it should have been routine for Santana to make. he had it, then just dropped it. He needs to be shown the door when his contract is up. This franchise is so fucked in terms of talent and depth it isn't funny. Unless RG III comes back like gangbusters in 2014, the deal to get him was a disaster, and still might be considered a disaster even if he lives up to his billing, as he doesn't have much of a team around him. Mediocrity seems to be a nice catchphrase for this organization anymore. The more things change the more they stay the same.

We are who our record says we are. Start evaluating for next season. When the vets get beat individually, play the young guys. No, I'm not saying "go on a seven game win streak" thoug I would like that. Start really evaluating who we have, and figure out why we collapsed and rectify that problem on the sidelines too.

We don't know how bad III knee's injury is. Cousins may get plenty of tape the next couple of weeks.

Cousins doesn't have much value yet cause he hasn't been given many chances. There is no way to truly judge his value yet.

Amen to that!!!!!! That is my point. He did very well last season, but that was LAST season for a few games. The Skins fan from the ESPN blog thought we could get a first round pick for him based on last season. Ironically he posted it just before the pick six that Kirk threw. Ifwe could get that kind of value for him, why not keep him. I rather have Cousins than Grossman or an unproven commodity out of college. If this thing with Robert doesn't pan out it, we might be witnessing the next Frerotte/Shuler debacle happening next season.

He's fine. Won't even need an MRI.

Griffin’s rocky day ends early but he says knee feels fine | Rich Tandler's Real Redskins

“The knee feels fine,” said Griffin. “[Knighton] came in an landed all 300-plus pounds of himself on my leg. I think it really just scared me. After I got up and the docs checked me I was fine. I was ready to go back in the game. Talked with Mike and just the way the game had gone and Kirk was already out there it was smart to just keep me off the field and be ready to go next week.”

Griffin said that there are no plans for him to get any test such as an MRI done on the knee.

And to agree with some other posters, damn where would this secondary be if Hall wouldnt have taken that pay cut and resigned with us?
And Morris and Helu both played well.
Did Orakpo ever come back in after his injury?
Yes he came back in. No it did not matter.

Going back to the Kyle issue.

‏@JsteelznSkins

Shanny started to help with game plan and all last 7 games last year all I can say , end of season will unlock a lot of truth

So Mike had a big hand in the offense changing the last 7 games of last season.

Who's this person on Twitter? Are they a reliable source or just another Cult?
