And my answer would be: no, because someone has to win the NFC East. It's in the rules. The Redskins are kind of screwed with tiebreakers though. The NFC East might be won by an 8-8 team, but the Redskins specifically are going to need to get to 9-7 (or 8-7-1). __________________ according to a source with knowledge of the situation.
