couldn't find anything on heuer except that he had 13 tackles last year, 3 for a loss, and one sack.

Gotta love 4.37 speed. Special Teams player for sure, but could he challenge Iffy? Is this a ploy to get Portis his #26? Was Portis whispering "Jarrel Weaver" as well? He might just be trying to bring in safties to get rid of Iffy!!

don't know if any of these guys have been picked up, but they sound like they have some promise as either a passrushing de with some additional bulk or backup lbs:

and i know we have betts, morton, and candidate on the roster right now to back up portis but i think this guy would be an awesome change of pace back up for him and sounds like a gibbs type of running back.
http://www.nfl.com/draft/profiles/zack_abron and for a potential back up center after moore is cut, i think these guys could be groomed by Bugel and company to be a starter if raymer gets hurt or when he retires. http://www.nfl.com/draft/profiles/toby_cecil http://www.nfl.com/draft/profiles/norm_katnik http://www.nfl.com/draft/profiles/dave_pearson http://www.nfl.com/draft/profiles/hugh_reilly http://www.nfl.com/draft/profiles/aj_ricker http://www.nfl.com/draft/profiles/dan_weaver |
