Spread Dallas Out

This may sound a little crazy....but I think we might see a 5 WR set sometime Monday night. Moss, Patton, Thrash, Jacobs, and S Taylor. That is speed and I don't think the Cowboys secondary can handle that set up. Maybe I am dilusional and just trying to get off the QB topic of late???

What do you guys think about those 5 on the perimeter?

Re: Spread Dallas Out

I think Dallas has no clue what's going on now and that's a good thing right?

Re: Spread Dallas Out

No one fears Brunell's arm, but he just isn't as one dimensional as Ramsey. Period. Let's just wait and see.

Re: Spread Dallas Out

we go five wide and they pass rush us... brunell isnt the best choice for 5 wide on fly patterns... he tends to choose the 1st or 2nd closest target.

Re: Spread Dallas Out

I would love to see Dallas plan and practice for the "dink and dunk" offense that Mark Brunell showed them last year, only to have Mark start out with some post patterns to Moss!

Re: Spread Dallas Out

Spread all you want but what are we going to do when they Blitz and we don’t have enough protection? Believe me, Dallas will blitz if we try the spread formation. You have to get the ball out in 1.5 seconds and to the right spot other wise your QB either toast or he is going to throw a pick.

Re: Spread Dallas Out

I wouldn't try it but if we do, Brunell makes quicker decisions than Ramsey did. I'd feel comfortable.

Is it just me or did all of this conversy make next week's game even MORE anticipated?! I don't love the fact Ramsey got benched, but I LOVE that there's even more importance to this game now.
