If he can do all that by 8pm every night, great. But my point is, and obviously you cannot read context clues, is that I want a coach who is not going to put in minimal effort. I want maximum effort out of the coach. That is all I meant when I said a coach who's willing to put in long hours at Redskins Park - because it's going to take a heck of an effort to build this team into a constant winner.

Really? I didn't know that! lol..my point was Gibbs spent almost all of his time on offense. Yeah the coach has extra responsibilities...but there's no reason for a head coach to stay til 3am to be a winner. We'll agree to disagree.

Obviously you didn't, because your prior point was that a head coach doesn't need to stay late to be successful and you used your "inside source, lol" from an era in which Gibbs was pretty much done with coaching (1992) to prove your point that a coach doesn't need to work late to be a winner.
