I would think it should be that simple but last week Darrell Green raised the leadership question. Sunday Sonny, and to a lesser extent Cooley, were calling for him to be sat down in favor of Cousins. Tracee Hamilton in today's Post (Washington Redskins are a tragic comedy on a loop - The Washington Post) says he's 'regressing before our eyes'. In the coaching thread, there are a couple of posters questioning him and saying he should be sat down for the rest of the year and start Cousins.

Personally, I think its a bunch of 'sky is falling' stuff but thought it may warrant some discussion.
