I don't think the organization is "married" to RG3 if a new coach comes in. That could possibly change everything.

If a new regime is brought in, you can be sure that the number one criteria that Snyder will consider is their plan for maximizing Griffin's talents.

Yes, he can be a franchise QB. It would be nice if he stays here, that there is better than poor to fair talent around him. Griffin cannot be expected to be 75% of the offense on a weekly basis. A somewhat sophisticated passing scheme would help the QB and enable a decision on whether you have a "franchise" QB or not. Does anyone know if there are audibles and or any decisions made at the line of scrimmage? It's kind of hard to be a "franchise" QB if your not "coached" to be one.
