Yeah I realized that. I should have been clearer. Mike would not condone laziness, and the watch your back crap was because of just complete instability bought on by a coach with zero foundation to stand on.
Edit: the vision i believe was pure and true with Mike and there was some history to back it up. Not like Spurrier or Zorn. It makes it harder to swallow blowing it all up this time around. Mike did himself zero favors with the staff he put in place imo.

Totally agree, why would we want to bring new coaches and have them be brothers instead of father and son. It amazes sometimes with some of these suggestions. Personally i wouldn't want Jon Gruden here, its even more amazing how some think he was this great coach. If we complain that Shanny only won SB's with Elway, well Gruden won a SB with Tony Dungy's team and beat a team in the Raiders that he knew they offensive systems and calls.

Extreme skins is censored and it has been proven in the past that they have people associated with the team post on there to make it seem like its "fans" that are writing some of that stuff....

It was a couple of years ago during the peak of how bad the whole redskins organization was. What i mean is, during the time period when Dan Snyder was banning fans from bringing signs into the stadium, etc...

There was a guy (can't think of his name) that even did a piece about it in the local sports column. He said specifically that the team's message board was censored, etc...

They responded by sending the guy a cease and desist order. I'm not sure if this is normal protocol, and i'm not bashing extreme skins, i was a poster there for many years. But around 2008 or 2009, the "great extreme skins purge" began, and many people were just outright banned / deleted. It was something like 5 or 600 members..

Some of the veteran posters on here may remember the guys name. From browsing other NFL message boards, extreme skins has a very poor reputation the last several years. maybe it is better now, i'm not sure...

There are some mentions here of extremeskins. This is from a few years ago. I posted in this thread, as well as others. But among the things discussed was extremeskins having paid positions to post certain things, etc...

It also talks about the idea of them having almost a secret "security" to mislead people on line, etc..

And lastly there is tale in there about a website called bgobsession.com (don't know if that is still an active site or not), that is made up and staffed by ex- extreme skins executives and moderators, that left the organization and all the BS that was extreme skins. many posters on this old thread talk about how poor the reputation of ES really was back then...
