Why Gruden? He is just another big/sexy name that will just be another poser coach for us. Get a no name guy that is under the radar that isn't the sexy pick. We need a George Allen type, with Norv's offensive flair, or better yet, a younger Gibbs type. Get a solid college coach maybe, a guy with vision like Chip Kelly, that can adapt his system successfully to the pros, unlike Spurrier.
