Every situation was unique. Norv was a joke who asked for and got almost everything he asked for, Marty had issues primarily with other owners on the team, and Joe Gibbs didn't leave because of any discord with Snyder

Now, not as much probably. But in the days of Gerald Snyder and Fred Drasner it was a bit different
