If I remember correctly I was in court and a guy had an aty who asked for the radar calibration and the officer did not have one with him. He then asked the judge to throw out the ticket because there was no evidence that the rader gun was working properly. So that might work. If not just start crying and talking about how your family was just displaced by the huricane and will be living with you in you tiny apartment.

I'm not so sure that'll work lol. The calibration thing may... but its iffy, because if you ask for the records and you're wrong, they think you're a smartass and they won't plea bargain with you. Your best shot was when you were getting the ticket. Once the officer gave it to you, you're gonna get something. Just try to talk to the Prosecuting Attourney and explain yourself, and ask them for leniency. If you get on their good side, they'll talk to the cop for you and usually something good will come of that.
