I would love Bowles and said previously he is my pick but I don't think he has enough experience as a coordinator to jump into a HC job.

My pick for the moment would be Lovie Smith or Shaw.

Lovie has a proven track record and winning record.
Shaw has extensive NFL experience and proven college HC experience.
