Sure, you'll get good results on a short term level, but all it does is prolong the person's growth. Cam looked good under that modified offense he had his first year. Second year was pretty crappy, but I think much of that was him learning in his second season what he should have been learning in year one. Even at the beginning of the year he was struggling, then all of a sudden it's started clicking for him.
