Also, regarding the silly Brady-cousins comparison, no ones saying cousin is Brady. But Brady didn't become Brady right away either.

Look around the league and look at the coaches that are having success. Almost every single one of them were unproven or if they had coaching experience before, failed badly. I think its time the Skins started trying to copy success instead of doing it the way their fans want them to do it or creating their own, terribly bad ways of building a team.
