In Decker's rookie year, he returned 22 kickoffs for 556 yards, an average of 25.3. He would be better than anything we have right now.

In his rookie season Pierre Garcon returned kicks, doesn't mean I want him back there now, Decker is gonna get a good chunk of change this off-season. Not gonna risk him there. We can find a kick returner, not to mention Richard Crawford will probably taker over for him when he comes back.

I haven't been overly impressed with Decker, but hey, I wasn't impressed with Garcon thinking, "Just a product of Manning." even when he was catching balls from Painter and whoever else was throwing him the ball.
