I've always felt like we let people go only to have them have breakout seasons with other teams. There's a huge long list of ex-Skins I don't even wanna bother naming.

As much as I thought GW was a great defensive coach, he was very Shanahan-like in his, "this is my system and it works". Way too much of that. Just draft highly regarded players and hope they play like they should versus saying, "well this is an athletic lineman, let's draft him even though he wouldn't start for 31 other teams in the NFL."
