The Zodiac killer circa mid 60's thru early 70's was the one that intrigued me the most. He was operating in Northern California while I was in Southern California in elementary school. None of the experts can even agree who is the most likely suspect. I always wondered why he stopped killing which is unusual for a serial killer.
