I won't vote on this list, basically just like Matty I wouldn't be thrilled for any of these four.
Two names I am interested in as HCing candidates are Del Rio and G Williams. I see them as motivators, leaders and both have long standing positive defensive results. I agree with Thiesman in that the OC is more important in working with the kid in the long run.
