He has tied his fate to RG3 and it seems he does not care about outside influences/rumors. I am also relieved they didn't try to reestablish the past by hiring another Shanahan like Cowher or Jay's brother.

I finally see the franchise heading in the right direction. Next year may be a struggle but I think he will be successful and RG3 will start to show he is the best QB out of a very good class.

It's too tough to tell this early on, but I do like that we didn't go with a retread. Solid move IMO.

I agree. It is too early to tell. But I'm more excited for this move than previous ones.
