We have no Offensive RT.
We have no #2 Receiver.
We need upgrades at OG and C.
We need at least one starter at ILB.
We need a shut down CB.
We need a PR/KR.

Because using free agency to find starters and to build your team doesn't really work. Redskins have to draft well and build a foundation of starters than they can go and use free agency to find a starter or two.
